Services

We provide junk removal, property cleanouts, light demolition, hauling, and related services throughout the greater Denver area. This includes Denver, Lakewood, Littleton, Arvada, Centennial, Aurora, and surrounding Colorado communities. All services are scheduled in advance, and estimates are provided before any work begins.

Estimates and Payments

Prices are based on the type and volume of material, as well as access conditions at the site. The final cost may change if the actual load size or difficulty differs from what was initially described. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, credit card, or check unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a crew has already been dispatched or travel has begun, a cancellation fee may apply.

Items We Cannot Take

Certain items cannot be removed for safety or legal reasons. This includes hazardous materials, fuels, paints, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, pressurized containers, biohazards, and any item restricted by state or federal law. If conditions are unsafe or prohibited, the crew may adjust or refuse the job at their discretion.

Care and Liability

We work carefully and professionally at every site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockies Cleanouts is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any liability found is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
