Terms of Service

Please review the terms that apply when you visit rockiescleanouts.com, request an estimate, or schedule junk removal, cleanout, hauling, or related services with Rockies Cleanouts.

Last Updated: October 16, 2026

Services and Service Area

Rockies Cleanouts provides junk removal, property cleanouts, light demolition, hauling, and related services throughout the greater Denver area, including Denver, Lakewood, Littleton, Arvada, Centennial, Aurora, and surrounding Colorado communities.

Services are scheduled in advance. An estimate is provided before work begins, and the scope of work is determined based on the information available at the time of the estimate and conditions observed at the property.

Availability, service scope, and the ability to accept specific materials may vary by location and project conditions.

Estimates, Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on factors that may include the type and volume of materials, labor required, accessibility, loading conditions, and other site-specific requirements.

An initial estimate may change if the actual load size, materials, labor, or access conditions differ from what was originally described. Any material change to the estimated price should be discussed with the customer before the additional work proceeds.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and check.

Scheduling and Service Conditions

Appointment dates and arrival windows are coordinated in advance. Timing may be affected by weather, traffic, site conditions, or changes to earlier jobs. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes.

Customers should provide accurate information about the location, materials, approximate quantity, and any conditions that could affect safe access or removal.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows our team to adjust the schedule and make the time available for other customers.

If a crew has already been dispatched or travel has begun, a cancellation fee may apply. Any applicable fee should be communicated to the customer.

Items We Cannot Accept

For safety, environmental, disposal, and legal reasons, certain materials cannot be removed or transported as part of a standard service. Examples include:

  • Hazardous waste, chemicals, fuels, paints, and solvents
  • Asbestos and materials suspected to contain asbestos
  • Pressurized containers and other materials that present a transportation hazard
  • Biohazardous or infectious materials
  • Any material prohibited or restricted by applicable law or disposal-facility rules

Important: If prohibited materials or unsafe conditions are discovered, our crew may decline those items, adjust the scope of work, or refuse the job when necessary for safety or legal compliance.

Property Access and Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to authorize removal of the items identified for service and for providing lawful access to the work area.

Please identify any items that must remain on the property before work begins. Valuables, important documents, and personal belongings that are not intended for removal should be separated from the materials to be hauled away.

Customers should notify the crew about known hazards, fragile surfaces, restricted access, or other conditions that may affect safe performance of the work. If conditions differ materially from those described, the service scope or estimate may need to be revised.

Care, Damage and Liability

Rockies Cleanouts aims to perform every job carefully and professionally. Customers should report concerns about damage or service performance promptly so they can be reviewed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rockies Cleanouts is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any liability found in connection with a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
